The entire community will reap the rewards of having skilled people with good paying jobs, staying in the community with the opportunity to be financially independent in retirement.

We have experience working with First Nations benefit and pension plans, INAC funding applications, and NIHB co-ordination for employee benefit plans

INAC Funding Assistance

Funding for employee pension plans and benefits may be available from INAC and other government agencies. We will work closely with your organization to maximize the funding received.

Health and Dental Benefits

Working with leading insurers such as Manulife Financial, Great West Life, Sun Life, and Life Inc., we can design customized benefits programs. Options are available for employee life insurance, long-term disability, hospital insurance, prescription drugs and dental coverage.

A properly designed plan attracts and retains skilled employees.

Pensions Benefits

We work with leading investment companies such as Manulife Financial, Great West Life, and Sun Life offering a broad range of investments, fund managers, investing styles and asset classes to meet the diverse needs of all your employees. For members who prefer passive investment selection, Asset Allocation and Retirement Date funds are available.

Employee Assistance Programs

As part of the benefits program, employees and their household members may use EAPs to help manage issues that could adversely impact their work and personal lives. EAP counselors provide assessment, support, and if needed, referrals to additional resources. The services are confidential and free to the employee. Having telephone access to confidential counseling resources can be very valuable in a small community. Some of our insurance providers also allow employees to seek assistance from local traditional healers.
