Employee Assistance Programs

As part of the benefits program, employees and their household members may use EAPs to help manage issues that could adversely impact their work and personal lives. EAP counselors provide assessment, support, and if needed, referrals to additional resources. The services are confidential and free to the employee. Having telephone access to confidential counseling resources can be very valuable in a small community. Some of our insurance providers also allow employees to seek assistance from local traditional healers.
